YES! It can be hard sometimes. I get really annoyed that Iβm trying so much for a better planet and other people just donβt care π‘
Unfortunately we canβt change everybodyβs behavior but we can change our own. For me it was switching to conscious consumption. I know consumerism itself is a threat to the planet but more of us need to work together and hopefully we will outnumber those who donβt care and make conscious choices.

Sustainability in an urban setting is the worst.
Itβs harder with kids but I think it also depends on where you live. I try not to make my family overly miserable or neurotic about the whole thing.
I agree. As a parent youβre barely hanging in there so thinking about sustainable options doesnβt even factor in most of the time. We did really well in our apartment with almost no non-recyclables then the children came into our lives and we found ourselves buying so many things that we ended up throwing away because they couldnβt be reused. Finding the safe and reusable products was a pain.
I don't live in an urban area but i can imagine how it must be
